Description:
With FLINK-15769, we've added startup position configuration to the Java Kafka Ingress.
The same functionality should also be added to the YAML support.
Part of this work should also cover unifying source creation logic between the {{ProtobufKafkaSourceProvider}} and {{KafkaSourceProvider}} so that configuration validation is shared.
