WICKET-4601 IResourceStreamWriter to take OutputStream instead of Response
Allow AbstractResourceStreamWriter.close() to be overridden. The close method allows for destroying the IResourceStream(Writer), not only the input stream. The implementation may have some other state that needs destroying in the close method.
