Chris Lambertus resolved INFRA-9940.

    Resolution: Fixed

I changed this to use ldap-lb-us.apache.org, load balanced ldap at leaseweb. Should be more fault tolerant. Additional servers could be added as well to bolster auth.py if leaseweb goes down.
