   seems like the query cannot find a file. Without much insights into the state of the table, there could be few scenarios 
   - too aggressive cleaning (you can check if the commit time `20190819205739` is recent or towards the earliest in `.hoodie` or using CLI)
   - some process outside hudi, actually removing the file
