[jira] [Created] (AMBARI-1926) One HBase master should have active HA status at all time

Sumit Mohanty created AMBARI-1926:
-------------------------------------

Summary: One HBase master should have active HA status at all time
                 Key: AMBARI-1926
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-1926
             Project: Ambari
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.3.0
            Reporter: Sumit Mohanty
            Assignee: Sumit Mohanty
             Fix For: 1.3.0
         Attachments: AMBARI-1926.patch

when the cluster is initially brought up with a single HBase master, it has a passive HA status. This is an intermittent issue, likely due to a bug in how port scan is performed to figure out the active master.
