Post delays?

Is anyone else seeing extremely long delays in posts reaching the lists? 
I've waited upwards of four hours for a couple to come through.  Am I
caught in a moderation queue for some reason perhaps?  It's not just this
list but just about all the Apache lists I'm on.

Anyone seeing similar problems?  Anyone have any ideas?
