This file:

seems to be completely bogus. It just repeats the same version over and over again.
The folder
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/castor/xml-one-london/20010322%20/
contains a space in its name and so does this file:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/castor/xml-one-london/20010322%20/xml-one-london-20010322%20.distribution-zip
