   When looking through the core plugins' `.travis.yml` for https://github.com/apache/cordova/issues/28 I noticed that they are all very similar, but not identical and have tiny differences. The `addons.jwt.secure` difference seems to be by design, for the rest, I am not too sure.
   
   Would it maybe make sense to create an additional repository where we have a template `.travis.yml` (and other common files) and a script/tool to distribute that/those file(s) to all core plugin repositories?
