With the changes in KIP-79, we've added basic support for sending ListOffsets requests in parallel, however we do not yet utilize this capability when resetting offsets internally. Instead we send a separate ListOffsets request for each partition separately. Should be straightforward to refactor Fetcher to make use of parallel requests.
