I was wondering if their is someking of self training manual or user manual, In all honesty I had never heard of Apache Open Office 3. If their is somekind of manual out there, can you gave me some info on how to order it.

We have some free documentation (User Guides) that you can download
here:  http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation

There are also 3rd party authored printed books, some of which are
