December reports are due

Hi Devs:

It's that time again!  Please add your project-specific information to:

http://wiki.apache.org/ws/ReportForDec2008

Anything the board might be interested in should go here - new 
committers, releases (please put these up at the top under "code 
releases"), problems, triumphs, etc.  General WS information and major 
news goes up top, subproject-specific stuff goes under the appropriate 
heading.

Anyone is free to edit this, but the people listed in [1] are especially 
encouraged to make sure that updates to your projects are completed *by 
the end of this week* (I'll be submitting the report on the 15th, so 
technically you have through the weekend, but don't delay).
