[users@httpd] Windows XP home edition, Apache, MySQL, and PHP install

Well this is weird.

Still having to work from a retarded laptop install.

Apache installed no problems and is running happily as a service.

MySQL installed no problems and is running in client and service mode.

PHP 4.3.2 just doesn't want to know about XP home edition. Anyone know if
there's some weird setting that needs to be applied to the php.ini file?
