[FALCON] Performance expectations (was Re: first message in the community)

Gordon might have better information, but he's on vacation for a while,
IIRC.

Back when Adobe first talked about Falcon (before November 2011), numbers
like 5x were discussed, but I believe they were for incremental compilation
when integrated into Flash Builder.  Adobe did not commit to integrating the
Apache version of Falcon into Flash Builder, so our version of Falcon may
never be used for incremental compiles so we may not be able to get that
kind of compiler performance.  So let's lower expectations on performance.
I think I heard 2x was possible in some non-incremental situations, but that
is old information.
