[jira] Commented: (QPID-126) Java Client fails to compile due to removed MINA classes

Marnie McCormack commented on QPID-126:
---------------------------------------

This *might* be related to: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-92

The diff link in the MINA email is erroneous (links to a python change !) so can't be entirely sure :-) Almost certainly part of the same work though.

> Have just created a clean trunk repository and build for idea (using maven idea:idea) and am seeing compile problems due to MINA classes not present in the 1.1.0 snapshot jar. Think we need to resolve issues around precise MINA snapshot to use for dev and address that in build env, until MINA release suitable ?
> This problem has been seen on other projects:
> Qpid Class: org.apache.qpid.client.transport.VmPipeTransportConnection

> Missing MINA class: org.apache.mina.transport.socket.nio.SocketConnectorConfig
> Qpid Class: org.apache.qpid.client.transport.TransportConnection
> MIssing MINA class: org.apache.mina.common.IoServiceConfig
