Migrate the following errors in QueryParsingErrors:
* functionNameUnsupportedError
* showFunctionsUnsupportedError
* showFunctionsInvalidPatternError
* createFuncWithBothIfNotExistsAndReplaceError
* defineTempFuncWithIfNotExistsError
* unsupportedFunctionNameError
* specifyingDBInCreateTempFuncError
* invalidNameForDropTempFunc

onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a test per every error in QueryParsingErrorsSuite.
