[jira] [Created] (CAMEL-5976) camel-sql - Add support for batch consumer

Claus Ibsen created CAMEL-5976:
----------------------------------

Summary: camel-sql - Add support for batch consumer
                 Key: CAMEL-5976
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-5976
             Project: Camel
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: camel-sql
            Reporter: Claus Ibsen
            Assignee: Claus Ibsen
             Fix For: 2.11.0

The camel-sql component can only produce. We should add support for batch consumer: http://camel.apache.org/batch-consumer.html
Then people can use it for use-cases where they need to pickup new rows from table foo, and after processing the row(s) then delete/mark the rows as processed.

This is a common use-case with JDBC. This is supported by camel-jpa. But would be nice with camel-sql, so people can do this with plain JDBC and SQL queries.
