[users@httpd] Cannot find mod-webapp.dll

Hi,

Can any one please help me finding the 'mod-webapp.dll' or 
mod-webapp.so'. I want to integrate Apache 1.3.26 with Tomcat 
4.1.10,
but I am not able to find the connector file. I downloaded the 
connector .zip archieve, but it gives me the source files '.c' for 
the mod-webapp module. I don't know how to compile the source for 
the connector module on win32 platform.
Please educate me on where to find the required dll/so and/or 
compile the source go get the dll generated.
