Apache Felix Karaf - startup.properties and local file repository

Hi,

Apache Felix Karaf allows to define in a properties file (-->
/etc/startup.properties) the bundle start level. So during the
deployment of bundles (present in the system directory), their bundle
level will be changed according to the value defined in this file. I
would like to know if this mechanism works also when we place the
bundles/jars to be deployer in a folder/directory different from
system but defined in
file org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg under variable :
org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.defaultRepositories
