Gsoc weekly report

On this two weeks:
1) I've read the "learning webRTC" book.
2) Implement trivial web-socket server as red5 app. I've used tomcat
web-socket as I mention in this task (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENMEETINGS-1388). The server's code
can be found here - https://github.com/Dima00782/signalling_server
3) I've tried to hack signal protocol in wicket node.js implementation and
I continue work on it.

My future plan are complete my custom signal server which can be add the OM
server to the communication. It allows us record and save video on OM
server.
