Moving a new product from Manufacturing to Ecom

Hello Friends,

I have a question.

Suppose i created a product for manufacturing, and after it is finished i
want to  access that product in Ecommerce (i.e it should be visible in the
ecommerce search.)

So is there any way of having this compatibility?, cause i don't know how
data is accessed by both Manufacturing and Ecommerce application.
Is there any such functionality in Manufacturing App which allows a vendor
to put his product in ecommerce immidiately after its manufacturing cycle
has finished?
