DO NOT REPLY [Bug 56803] Absence of russian translation in scalc

Russian version of OpenOffice 2.0 downloaded from
http://ftp.chg.ru/pub/OpenOffice-RU/2.0/ru/OOo_2.0_LinuxIntel_install_ru_rpm.tar.bz2

1. Run scalc
2. Click right mouse button on any cell --> Popup menu should appear
3. Select item "Format of cells ..." (Формат ячеек ...) from popup menu -->
Dialog  with title "Attributs of cell" (Атрибуты ячейки) should appear
4. Click on 4th tab ("Alignment" or "Выравнивание") 

There is no translation for checkbox "Vertically stacked", but it should be
