Server logs now retained for failing installer tests

All,

With this change I've committed today, installer tests now save server logs
under asterix-installer/target/failsafe-reports/<test name>/ for failed
installer tests.  I have updated Jenkins accordingly to archive these logs
as part of the integration tests job.

To see the logs on Jenkins, you can navigate from a failed
asterix-integration-tests job, as shown below/attached.  The directory
name(s) will correspond to the failed installer test(s).
