   ## Summary
   - propagate the selected Apache instance through the NameServer configuration drift page, service API, and controller
   - resolve the target cluster through the instance-scoped ClusterService path while preserving the existing compatibility overload
   - add controller, service, API, and page regression coverage
   
   ## Validation
   - `JAVA_HOME=$(/usr/libexec/java_home -v 21) mvn -Dtest=NameServerConfigDiffServiceTest,NameServerControllerTest test`
   - `npm test -- --run src/api/cluster.test.ts src/services/clusterService.test.ts src/pages/ops/__tests__/NameServerConfigDriftPage.test.tsx`
   - `npm run build`
   
   `npm run lint` remains blocked by pre-existing React hook lint errors in unrelated pages.
