[jira] [Created] (NIFI-10351) In Conflict Resolution Renaming use Append instead of prepend

Jens M Kofoed created NIFI-10351:
------------------------------------

Summary: In Conflict Resolution Renaming use Append instead of prepend
                 Key: NIFI-10351
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-10351
             Project: Apache NiFi
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: Core Framework
    Affects Versions: 1.16.2
            Reporter: Jens M Kofoed

With PutFTP, and properly also the others Putxxx, there are a Conflict Resolution called Rename.

This rename the file to 1.filename. I would like to have the options to append .### (001) instead of prepending. if filenames are listed in alphabetic order, it is much more clear that there are copies of the same filename.
