Incorrect use of the AOO logo

Hello,

I have found in a Linux distribution a probably not permitted use of the Apache OpenOffice logos (seagulls). Who should I inform?

Greetings,
Jörg

No need for that, we'll take care of it. Thanks Joerg, we have all the
needed information now.

In general: the ultimate decision is responsibility of Apache Trademarks
indeed, but Apache Trademarks asks that the PMCs check before involving
them. So the best thing to do in these cases is to e-mail
private@openoffice.apache.org with all details and a screenshot
(attachments allowed) and put trademarks@apache.org in CC; both channels
are not public, since trademark discussions are one of the few issues
that we need to keep confidential.

Regards,
   Andrea.

Yes.

I have found in the German magazine "Linux Magazin" (11/2013) on the enclosed DVD, a Linux distribution ('Ubuntu privacy remix protected pangolin 12.04r1') that combines the AOO logo with the software LibreOffice in the Start menu.

I've uploaded a screenshot here:

Can you give us more information of it's use to define how is this used.
Also trademark situations are to be dealt with apache foundation directly:

trademarks@apache.org
