Can Ambari Server Support Both HTTP and HTTPS?

Hello,
I turned on https on Ambari server by following,
http://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/HDP1/HDP-1.3.2/bk_using_Ambari_book/content/ambari-add-https-Web.html


I realized that https works fine.  But http seems not working anymore:




Is there any one seeing this problem?  Can Ambari server support both http
and https?
