> While the coverage of the unit test suite can certainly be improved, we would benefit greatly for having a suite of full system tests that mimic common applications which can be run periodically on test clusters, for example on ephemeral clusters up on EC2. Testing for our release process especially should incorporate these. Subtasks on this issue discuss specific ideas. Discussion on common framework/infrastructure should go on this issue.
