   *This pull request implements an adapter to adapts the ExecutionGraph and its sub-components(ExecutionVertex, ExecutionEdge) to the FailoverTopology interfaces.*

     - *Implement DefaultFailoverTopology as an adapter for ExecutionGraph to FailoverTopology*
     - *Implement DefaultFailoverVertex as an adapter for ExecutionVertex to FailoverVertex*
     - *Implement DefaultFailoverEdge as an adapter for ExecutionEdge to FailoverEdge*
