autoconf on FreeBSD

for those subversion developers working on FreeBSD who've been
wrestling with keeping around a second version of autoconf just for
subversion development, just a heads up that autoconf 2.52 was
committed to the ports tree last night.

Alas, I've never had a problem using autoconf 2.52; none of
/usr/ports have ever complained for me. Instead, I have this horrible
pain of installing libtool 1.3 whenever I want to build a port, and
then installing libtool 1.4 whenever I want to do svn work. :-(

Thanks, Garrett! I know that'll make Ben Collins-Sussman extremely
happy, at the very least. :-)
