   ### What would you like to happen?
   
   We should have an OpenLineage plugin that is capable of exporting database lineage/impact metadata of a project to an OpenLineage capable API (Marquez, Collibra, and others have this). 
   For Workflows we need to be able to parse SQL file and convey the SQL being executed (DDL/DML, Insert, Delete, ...).
   For Pipelines we need to express the database impact analyses in openlineage format.
   We should also be able to read from an execution information location and send it as process information (what ran when updating which data assets, ...)
