Please recheck the error message:
bq. The project com.example:com.example.module1:0.1.0-SNAPSHOT [...] and 'parent.relativePath' points at wrong local POM @ line
which is exactly the case. All modules that refer to a parent need to have the proper relativePath, not just one of them.
