Patch looks good. 
But there will be a testcase failure with this. FileContext testcase trying to reuse FSXAttrBaseTest's testcases. But test set the max limit to 3 xattrs and for verifying max limit.  So,we have to fix this failure.

On fixing that case, I can commit this patch.
