Underline
Hi, I am helping a friend print a spreadsheet but it only prints part if it. I looked closely at the point where it stopped and saw that the line under the cell where it stopped printing was heavier. I highlighted the line and clicked on the U icon but this didn't remove it. Can you advise me please? Thx brian moore

Just reread my previous answer and I see something that could be
misleading. The line "Highlight (eg. Click and drag) the whole area"
should read: "Highlight (eg. Click and drag) only the area".
Apologies.

Hi Brian,
Yes, the (non-printing) heavy line is the indicator of the "Print Range"
area.
Highlight (eg. Click and drag) the whole area of the spreadsheet you
want to print. Then from Calc's main menu select the "Format -> Print
Ranges -> Define" option. You will now see the "heavy line" surrounding
your previously highlighted area.
You may also need to adjust the print scaling if you want everything to
fit on one sheet. Use Calc's main menu "File -> Print Preview" option to
check before you print.
Hope this helps.
Dave

My suggestion is a patch and not a solution, but it should work. Try
printing to PDF, then review the PDF for errors, if everything is OK, then
print the PDF. Please let me know if it worked. Thanks in advance.
