[jira] [Created] (SOLR-17629) SQL didn't always close internal resources if it encountered an exception
David Smiley created SOLR-17629:
-----------------------------------
Summary: SQL didn't always close internal resources if it encountered an exception
Key: SOLR-17629
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-17629
Project: Solr
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Parallel SQL
Reporter: David Smiley
Assignee: David Smiley
The SQLHandler internally creates a TupleStream and opens it. If opening it fails, the TupleStream isn't getting closed, as it should.
What's kinda cool is that this bug was found via additional use of ObjectReleaseTracker.
