Spam to Apache committers on Github

Hello,

Sorry if the issue was already brought up, I've joined this mailing list 
just now to solve this one issue.

I would like to kindly ask to use group mentions VERY carefully, 
especially @apache/apache-committers (issues #10085, #5763).

I am a committer in a different Apache project, with no particular 
interest in Airflow; still, I am getting flood of messages following the 
group mentions in my mailbox. For some reason, I was included even in 
mention @apache/airflow-committers (issue #10428) - although I am not a 
committer in this project AFAIK.

I assume you reached probably all apache committers (although it would 
be strange for @apache/airflow-committers mention, I did get that 
e-mail). No such issues with different Apache projects, though.
