Originally it was in DefaultServlet, but now it's in
resources.DirectoryBean.
I'll move the code back to the DefaultServlet, eventually (we plan to remove
the Resources stuff after 4.0).

Ok, this code is WAY to complicated for my tiny little brain. Have fun
trying to fix this bug in it. :-)
