Myasuka opened a new pull request #8328: [FLINK-12380] Add thread name in the log4j.properties
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/8328

   ## What is the purpose of the change

This is inspired by FLINK-12368 when users want to add sub-task index information in the source code. We could add thread name, which already contains sub-task index information, in the logs to avoid have to change the source code.

Moreover, I found existing `logback.xm`l in Flink already contains thread name information. We should also add this in the `log4j.properties`.

   ## Brief change log

Add thread name in the log4j.properties

   ## Verifying this change

This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.

   ## Does this pull request potentially affect one of the following parts:

     - The public API, i.e., is any changed class annotated with `@Public(Evolving)`: **no**
     - The serializers: **no**

     - Anything that affects deployment or recovery: JobManager (and its components), Checkpointing, Yarn/Mesos, ZooKeeper: **no**
     - The S3 file system connector: **no**

   ## Documentation

     - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? **no**
     - If yes, how is the feature documented? **not applicable**
