    NO-JIRA use SQLcl for client-oracle
    
    SQLcl is the modern replacement for SQL*Plus. It runs from a separate
    image.
    
    I commented out SQL*Plus rather than removing the line as that is still
    a choice for certain cases. It makes it easier to uncomment when users
    need it.
