   There might be nested AND cases:
   
   a = b AND (c = d AND (e = f)).
   
   
   Such cases should be flattened as a = b AND c = d AND e = f. 
   
   
   This is useful because after done so, we can easily build keys for join inputs: each conjunction clause contributes a field of key (key is Row in SQL equi-join) for join inputs.
