Authenticating the SOLR 6.0 using Kerberos Authentication

Hi All,

We are running a SOLR 6.0 in AWS EC2 instance (Windows Server 2012) . Based on the below URL, I found that we would be able to Authenticate the SOLR in standalone mode using "Kerberos Authentication".
But since we are having this in the AWS, we don't have the control on the domain and Kerberos is using the Users from Active Directory which we are unable to add in our case.

Could anyone please advise on any other authentication process which we might be able to use or any process steps on Kerberos?

Thanks and Regards,
