[HEADS UP] - camel-endpointdsl and componentdsl moved out of core

I just moved some heavy components out from the core to dsl.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-17192

This makes it quicker and easier to just work on the core source code,
by loading the core/pom.xml file in your IDE and just have what you
only need.

The camel-allcomponents sync module is moved into catalog, as its the
catalog that needs to be synced up to ensure all components are built
prior.
