How CXF can execute an operation implemented by CLIENT?

   Hi everybody,

The idea is exactely the way client implements the handleResponse function
in AsyncHandler interface, and CXF can invoke this function when the answer
arrives ( asynchronous with callback case )

In my case, I want that the client have to implement an another interface
imposed by CXF, and so that CXF can call this function when it wants :D.
Someone can show me how?

I'll explain again if my idea is not clear enough :D

Thanks :x

   Hi Dan,

The more simple question is for example for JMS transport, after we have the correlationID that is generated by CXF, I want to store this ID by calling saveCorrelationID(correlationID) which must be implemented by client. This function saveCorrelationID can persist this ID with a database for example.

I see the same thing with AsyncHandler that the client have to implement handleResponse and that CXF can call this function after in the code of CXF, but I still don't understand how to do that.

Hope someone can figure me out

Thanks

I'm really not sure what you are asking. Couldn't you write a simple async
handler that calls into whatever method you need it to call into?
