Realized this a little late, but wanted to see if I can get it fixed before people start getting confused as to why they can't tab-complete me.

My ASF username/email is kevints and that's what's on my commits.

I have 2 ReviewBoard accounts - ksweeney and kevints. I'd like to delete ksweeney and move feedback made with it to kevints. If that's not possible I'd like to just delete the ksweeney RB account.

Same story with JIRA, though I haven't created a "kevints" account yet.
