camel throws  ThrottlerRejectedExecutionException when when the demand is too much . its gives just a message "Exceeded the max throttle rate of 3 within 10000ms" like that . 3 is maximumRequestCount 10000ms is  timePeriodMillis . I want to see what time can client call this endpoint again  for examplele you can call 5000 ms later
