Thecustomer is using io.confluent.kafka.serializers.subject.TopicRecordNameStrategy for AvroConverter but the avroconverter is defaulting to TopicNameStratergy

It looks like the avroconverter doesn't initialize or pass the strategy into the deserializer.

in the above log it is using replatform.changelog.v1-key instead of the replatform.changelog.v1-<type>
