rev 893824 is initial osgi support.  The jetty server starts for me if:

1. you build juddi with JUDDI-299 patch applied.
2. you may need to build scout, not sure how up-to-date their snapshots are
3. you edit var/config.xml and add load="false" to the 2 openejb and openejb-deployer plugins.
