[beanutils] mavenized website
does anyone have any objections to me mavenizing the documentation
build?
(again, this is probably mostly done but i'll check everything's cool
as i did for digester.)

cool. i'm planning on mavenizing just the documentation build (so that
shouldn't be a problem)
