Unable to create temp file for insert values java.net.URISyntaxException

Hello everyone...
I am getting* Exception in thread "main"
org.apache.hive.service.cli.HiveSQLException: Error while compiling
statement: FAILED: SemanticException [Error 10293]: Unable to create temp
file for insert values java.net.URISyntaxException: Relative path in
absolute URI:
hdfs://localhost:8020./$HIVE_HOME/iotmp/hadoop/55d8de73-a355-4dc7-b7cb-1a3713ba9ea0/_tmp_space.db/Values__Tmp__Table__1
* error when iam inserting values into hive through java...
please help me out
