embpcgi.pl and 2.0b3

Hi,

I do vaguely recall on this list that this program is broken under 2.03b.  
This would appear to be true.

I haven't had any luck searching the archive.  Can someone please remind me 
what the work-around is.

CGI mode doesn't work with 2.0b3, it's on my todo list for 2.0b4
