svn cat

It'd be nice if there were something like a "--view" flag to "svn cat"
that meant, "bring up the text in the user's favorite editor."  Might
this get implemented or put on a TODO list?

Not before 1.0, imho.  Inevitably issues will be filed about editors
not getting invoked properly, etc; I'm not sure the extra complexity
involved in supporting such a feature would be worth the small amount
of extra convenience it would give.  (Neat idea though.)
